What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
Qualified English Teacher with QTS
Enthusiasm for teaching literature and language
Confident classroom management and high expectations of all learners
Ability to create engaging, imaginative lessons for KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver inspiring lessons that motivate and challenge students
Track and assess student progress to support achievement
Collaborate with colleagues to develop engaging curriculum content
Encourage pupilsandrsquo; academic and personal growth
Participate in parentsandrsquo; evenings and wider school activities
