Salary: andpound;33,075 to andpound;50,471 depending on experience

About the Role:

A vibrant secondary school in Milton Keynes is seeking an inspiring and committed English Teacher to join their team from September 2025. You will play a key role in delivering creative and engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop a love for reading, writing, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons
• Differentiate effectively to meet the needs of all learners
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support
• Contribute to curriculum development and literacy initiatives
• Maintain a positive classroom environment with high expectations

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching English at secondary level
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for literature and language
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• A collaborative and reflective approach to teaching
