This role is open to both full-time and part-time applicants, offering flexibility to suit your circumstances.
Your Role:
Deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential to teach KS5
Foster critical thinking, creativity, and a genuine love for reading and writing
Contribute to the planning and development of an innovative, inclusive English curriculum
Use assessment strategies effectively to monitor progress and support student achievement
Create a supportive, engaging classroom environment that allows all students to thrive
Support extracurricular activities such as reading clubs, writing workshops, or school productions
Collaborate with your department to share best practice and drive continual improvement
What We''re Looking For:
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently working towards it
£31,650-43,000 per annum
