What Weandrsquo;re Looking For
Qualified English Teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Genuine enthusiasm for English language and literature
Strong classroom management and high expectations for achievement
Ability to plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable)
Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
Monitor and assess student progress to secure strong academic outcomes
Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental development
Support pupilsandrsquo; academic and personal growth
Participate in parentsandrsquo; evenings, meetings, and whole-school activities
