Job Description:
vandnbsp; Deliverandnbsp;engaging and differentiated lessonsandnbsp;in English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4
vandnbsp; Foster aandnbsp;stimulating classroom environmentandnbsp;that encouragesandnbsp;critical thinking,andnbsp;creativity, and aandnbsp;love of reading
vandnbsp; Use a range ofandnbsp;formative and summative assessmentsandnbsp;to monitor progress and inform planning

The Ideal Candidate Will:
vandnbsp; Have experience teaching English at secondary level (KS3 andamp; KS4 essential, KS5 desirable)
vandnbsp; Be aandnbsp;reflective practitionerandnbsp;with strongandnbsp;classroom managementandnbsp;andandnbsp;differentiation skills
vandnbsp; Demonstrate a commitment toandnbsp;inclusive practiceandnbsp;andandnbsp;safeguarding
