About the Role:

• Design and deliver engaging, high-quality English lessons aligned with the national curriculum

• Monitor student progress through meaningful assessment and constructive feedback

• Create a supportive, inclusive, and positive learning environment

• Inspire a passion for literature, reading, and effective written and verbal communication

• Actively participate in the broader school community, including extracurricular programs and events

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching and learning continuously

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• In-depth knowledge of English Literature and Language

• Skilled in delivering dynamic and inclusive lessons to students of varying abilities

• Strong classroom management and effective organisational abilities

• Reflective, adaptable, and dedicated to continuous professional development and high-quality teaching
