About the Role:
A thriving secondary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join its strong English faculty from January 2026. The successful candidate will teach across KS3 and KS4, inspiring pupils to develop a love for literature, writing, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4
- Prepare pupils for GCSE exams with effective planning and assessment
- Contribute to curriculum development and extra-curricular opportunities such as debate clubs and creative writing
- Support pupilsandrsquo; reading and literacy progress
Requirements:
- QTS with specialism in English
- Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching
- Experience teaching English in UK secondary schools
- Ability to inspire and motivate pupils of all abilities
