About the Role

We are seeking a passionate English Teacher to join a specialist SEN school in Swale. This part-time role is ideal for an experienced teacher who wants to make a real difference in the lives of pupils with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging English lessons tailored to individual needs.
• Adapt lesson plans for pupils with SEN, including autism and learning difficulties.
• Work collaboratively with support staff and other professionals.
• Promote literacy and communication skills in a nurturing environment.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching English, ideally within an SEN setting.
• Strong classroom management and differentiation skills.
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
