About the Role
We are seeking a passionate English Teacher to join a specialist SEN school in Swale. This part-time role is ideal for an experienced teacher who wants to make a real difference in the lives of pupils with diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging English lessons tailored to individual needs.
- Adapt lesson plans for pupils with SEN, including autism and learning difficulties.
- Work collaboratively with support staff and other professionals.
- Promote literacy and communication skills in a nurturing environment.
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching English, ideally within an SEN setting.
- Strong classroom management and differentiation skills.
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
