The Role
As an English Teacher, you will:

• Plan, deliver, and assess inspiring English lessons at KS3 and KS4.
  
• Support students'' progress through a personalised, inclusive curriculum.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum content and engaging learning resources.
  
• Create a safe, supportive learning environment that promotes positive behaviour and achievement.
  

• Has a genuine passion for supporting students with SEND.
  
• Brings experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 levels.
  
• Holds QTS/QTLS (preferred but not essential).
  
• Can engage, motivate, and inspire learners to reach their full potential.
