The school is committed to staff wellbeing and provides excellent structures to support both students and teachers.The RoleAs a SEND English Teacher, you will:Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5Support pupils with SEMH needs, building positive relationships and trustAdapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning and emotional needsWork collaboratively with a strong SEND, pastoral and leadership teamHelp students develop confidence, communication skills and a love of learningContribute to a calm, structured and nurturing learning environmentThe Ideal CandidateWe are keen to speak with teachers who:Are a qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)Have experience teaching English ina secondary, SEND, SEMH, PRU or alternative provision setting.
