English Subject Lead (with Teaching Responsibility) MPS/UPS (depending on experience) + SEN Allowance This is not just an English Lead role. The Role This is a key leadership position with a teaching commitment. You will: Lead and develop a whole-school vision for English, literacy and oracy Ensure a coherent, ambitious curriculum from primary to post-16 Take responsibility for a phase of the school (aligned to experience) Inspire and develop staff through coaching, modelling and high-quality CPD Use assessment intelligently to drive progress and outcomes for all learners Contribute to whole-school improvement and strategic development You will play a central role in raising standards through outstanding teaching, curriculum leadership and strong collaboration.
