      <description>Location: Poole | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | English Teacher  Annual Salary: To be discussed Location: south coast Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (2 weeks until 19th September)  We are seeking an English Teacher for a temporary full-time position to teach GCSE resits and functional skills to 16-19 year olds at our Poole campus. This role is to cover for an absent staff member and is crucial in continuing to provide high-quality education during this period. Day-to-day of the role:  Deliver engaging and effective English lessons focused on GCSE resits and functional skills. Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to the needs of students at various levels of proficiency. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and additional support as needed. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning. Collaborate with other teaching staff to share best practices and resources. Keep accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress.
