English Teacher

We are looking to appoint a passionate and nurturing English Teacher to join a small, supportive specialist provision from September.This is a rewarding opportunity to work within a setting where relationships, consistency, and individual progress are at the heart of everything. Applications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and ECTs who are confident working in a specialist environment and keen to develop their practice.The Role3 days per week (flexible on days)Deliver English across a mixed curriculum (Entry Level to GCSE)Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needsWork collaboratively with support staff to ensure all pupils can access learningContribute to the ongoing development of the English curriculumAbout the ProvisionSmall, specialist setting supporting pupils with Autism and SEMHClasses of up to 9 pupils, supported by additional staffStrong focus on relationships, engagement, and personalised learningCalm, structured environment with a trauma-informed approachThe Ideal Candidate Will:Be a qualified English Teacher (or ECT)Have experience working with, or confidence supporting, pupils with Autism and SEMHDemonstrate a trauma-informed, nurturing approachBe well organised and a strong forward plannerBe adaptable, patient, and committed to building positive relationshipsHave an interest in contributing to curriculum developmentThe ProcessWe are looking to secure the right candidate quickly:Initial visit to the provision and ..... full job details .....
