English Teacher Location: Sussex Pay Rate: £168 - £260+ per day Job Type: Daily Supply or Long Term Supply Reed Education are seeking English Teacher available to start immediately for both long-term and short-term positions. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced in teaching the English curriculum in UK schools and is adept at planning and marking. Day-to-day of the role: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students. Assess and track student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs. Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes student well-being and learning. Participate in staff meetings, parent evenings, and school events as required. Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance the curriculum and learning experience for students. Required Skills and Qualifications: Hold a valid teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS, or QTLS. Proven experience teaching English at secondary level (KS3 and KS4).
