      <description>Location: Greater London | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | We are currently supporting an innovative outreach provision in  IG11  seeking an  English Teacher  to join their team.  This is an excellent opportunity to work within a therapeutic education setting, supporting young people with a range of additional needs, including  Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)  and  Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)  needs.   The role will involve:     Teaching English and Literacy to  KS3 and KS4 pupils    Delivering engaging lessons both face-to-face and virtually   Supporting pupils working towards their EHCP targets and personal aspirations   Developing literacy skills through creative and differentiated learning   Working closely with Therapeutic Education Practitioners and wider support teams   Promoting positive engagement, emotional regulation and pupil wellbeing   The ideal candidate will:    Hold  QTS or QTLS  with a specialism in English   Have experience teaching English at secondary level   Have knowledge of, or experience working with, pupils with  SEND, ASC and/or SEMH    Be passionate about inclusive education and supporting young people to achieve their potential   Be resilient, adaptable and committed to a therapeutic approach to ...</description>
