The Role Teach English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4. Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons. Assess, monitor and support student progress. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Work collaboratively with an experienced and supportive English Department. Contribute to the wider life of the school. The Ideal Candidate Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Has experience teaching English within a secondary school setting. Demonstrates excellent classroom and behaviour management skills. Is passionate about inspiring a love of English and literature. Has high expectations of student achievement and attainment.
