This is an opportunity to teach English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4, within a supportive and high-performing department. You will be joining a team who continues to promote a strong culture of literacy, creativity, and academic excellence across the school. Your Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4 Prepare students for GCSE English Language and Literature exams Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment Support pupils with varying abilities, including SEN where required Contribute to departmental planning and whole-school literacy initiatives Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carers Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Degree in English or a related subject Experience teaching English in a UK secondary school Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills Passion for literacy, reading, and student development Commitment to safeguarding and high teaching standards Why Long Term Futures?
