Contract Type: Temp to Perm / Permanent

Salary: £32,916 - £45,352 plus SEN Allowance

About the role

This role is for an experience English Teacher looking to join a well-established school in Basingstoke to provide support for learners who have been excluded. This English Teacher will run and support engaging lessons for the students.

Daily duties for English Teacher

• Deliver engaging, inclusive English lessons for all learners

• Support students’ academic, personal, and emotional development
• Create a safe and positive classroom environment
• Build strong relationships with students and families
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support services
• Contribute to curriculum planning and wider school activities

Requirements for English Teacher

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Motivated and hardworking
• Able to engage and adapt to diverse learning needs
