Our pupils may have experienced challenges within mainstream education and require a nurturing, structured and highly individualised approach. We are looking for someone who can build positive relationships, inspire confidence and create engaging English lessons that allow every pupil to experience success. The RoleAs an English Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to individual pupils'' needs and abilities. Teach across a range of ages and abilities, including pupils working below age-related expectations where appropriate. Develop pupils'' literacy, communication, reading and writing skills. Create a calm, consistent and supportive learning environment. Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and understand the individual barriers they may face.
