The Role You will deliver high-quality English teaching across A Level, GCSE, and/or Functional Skills, supporting learners to achieve strong outcomes and progress into further education, apprenticeships, or employment. Key responsibilities include: Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across your specialism Teach A Level, GCSE and/or Functional Skills English Differentiate lessons to support mixed-ability and resit learners Assess progress and provide clear, constructive feedback Support learners with exam preparation, coursework, and confidence building Contribute to curriculum delivery and departmental success Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment Essential Requirements QTS, QTLS, PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification Experience teaching A Level, GCSE or Functional Skills English Strong subject knowledge (Language and/or Literature) Excellent classroom management and communication skills Enhanced ..... full job details .....
