What you'll be doing:

• You'll be crafting and delivering engaging English lessons that explore a rich variety of literary texts and develop students' understanding of language in all its forms, tailored for boys.

• You'll inspire students to develop their critical thinking, analytical skills, and a genuine appreciation for the nuances of the English language.

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in English Language and Literature.
• Experience teaching engaging and effective English lessons at Key Stages 3 and 4 for boys is highly desirable.
• A deep and current understanding of English literature and language, plus that ability to truly bring the subject to life.
• Excellent communication skills, strong classroom management, and a knack for encouraging a love of reading and writing.
