Your Role:As an English Teacher, you''ll play a key role in inspiring a love for literature and language. Responsibilities include:
Designing engaging and curriculum-aligned lesson plans
Creating tailored resources that support diverse learning needs
Employing a range of teaching strategies to support different academic abilities and learning styles
Teaching essential elements of the English language: grammar, vocabulary, and composition
Cultivating students’ love for reading and appreciation of literature
Encouraging thoughtful discussion, debate, and critical thinking in the classroom
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching experience in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptability in teaching methods to reach all learners effectively
A strong commitment to inclusive and positive classroom environments
A genuine passion for English and its ability to inspire and empower
Strong organisational skills and confident classroom management
