Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective English lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).
• Inspire a love of literature, language, and creative writing in our students.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Contribute to the development of the English curriculum and resources.
• Potential for a TLR for candidates demonstrating leadership qualities and a commitment to departmental improvement (e.g., leading a key stage, literacy initiatives).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in English Language, Literature, or a related field.
