Secondary School English Teacher - Chelmsford

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled English Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated educator to inspire students across Key Stages 3-5.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging English lessons that meet curriculum requirements

• Support student progress, literacy development, and exam preparation

• Contribute to curriculum planning and department initiatives

• Promote a positive learning environment with excellent behaviour management

You:

• Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification

• Experience teaching English in secondary schools

• Strong classroom management skills and a passion for student achievement

• Able to differentiate teaching to support all learners, including SEN students
