English Teacher

Job Title: English Teacher – Secondary Schools (Full-time or Part-time)

Location: Sheffield
Salary: £160 – £220 per day, depending on experience

Are you a passionate and dedicated English Teacher looking for a flexible and rewarding opportunity? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic English Teacher to work across multiple secondary schools in Sheffield. Whether you are seeking full-time work or part-time flexibility, this role offers variety and professional fulfilment.

As an English Teacher, you will deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to students across KS3 and KS4, supporting literacy, communication skills, and a love of reading and writing. You will work in a range of supportive secondary school environments committed to student progress.

• Plan and deliver creative English lessons aligned with the national curriculum

• Teach reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies

• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

• Contribute to enrichment activities such as reading clubs and revision sessions

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience teaching English at secondary level

• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for English education

• Excellent classroom management skills

• A flexible approach to working across multiple schools
