Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A relevant degree in English Language, Literature, or a related field.
• Experience teaching English at secondary level, with a strong understanding of effective pedagogy.
• A genuine passion for the English language and literature and a commitment to the progress of all students.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
