English Teacher

An inspiring and dedicated English Teacher is required to join an Outstanding girls' school in Enfield for a permanent full-time position commencing in September. The successful candidate will cultivate a love for literature and language in students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (aged 11-16), fostering their critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• They will plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4, covering a diverse range of literary texts and language concepts.
• The role involves effectively teaching English Language and Literature, adhering to the school's curriculum.
• They will cultivate a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment for English.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in English Language and Literature is essential.
