• Support pupils in achieving strong academic progress
• Maintain excellent behaviour and a positive classroom climate
• Contribute to departmental planning and assessment

Requirements -
The ideal candidate would have:

• QTS and experience teaching English
• Strong subject knowledge and effective behaviour management
• A commitment to raising attainment
• Experience teaching KS3 and KS4
