English Teacher - SEMH Secondary

Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated English Teacher for a fantastic SEMH secondary school in the SK15 area. This permanent English Teacher role offers small class sizes, strong support from TAs and mentors, and the chance to make a real impact with pupils who thrive on personalised attention.

This specialist school caters for 11-16-year-olds with SEMH, ADHD, anxiety and additional learning needs. The leadership team is highly supportive, and the school provides excellent training and CPD for the right English Teacher.

As an English Teacher, you will:

• Teach engaging English lessons across KS3 & KS4 (small classes, max 6 pupils)
• Adapt teaching to meet EHCPs and diverse learning needs
• Foster a nurturing, structured classroom environment
• Work closely with TAs and mentors to support pupils'' progress
• Inspire pupils to re-engage with English and enjoy their learning journey

• Holds QTS (essential)
• Has UK teaching experience in English at secondary level
• Brings creativity, resilience, and adaptability
• Can inspire pupils with SEMH needs to succeed academically and personally
