The Role

The Second in Charge of English will:

• Assist the Head of Department in curriculum planning, development, and assessment.
• Support the line management and professional development of English teachers.
• Contribute to monitoring and evaluating teaching and learning across the department.
• Lead specific departmental initiatives and projects (e.g., literacy intervention, extracurricular clubs).
