Clarence Recruitment is working with a highly regarded secondary school in Lincoln to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher for the new academic year starting September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful English department and inspire students through the study of English Language and English Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 for the right candidate. The successful applicant will be passionate about literacy, communication, and fostering a love of reading and writing.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Have experience teaching English at secondary level
* Be confident delivering both English Language and English Literature
* Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Be passionate about raising literacy standards and student achievement
* Have the ability to engage and inspire learners of all abilities
* Show commitment to achieving excellent outcomes for students
* Be an effective communicator and collaborative team member
