This setting focuses on re-engagement, emotional regulation, and building trust to help students move forward both academically and personally.This is a fantastic opportunity for either a qualified teacher or an experienced unqualified educator with a strong background in behaviour support, PRU/AP settings, or secondary English.The Role: Deliver engaging and accessible English lessons across KS3 KS4Adapt learning to meet a wide range of needs, including SEMH and behavioural challengesBuild positive, consistent relationships with students who may be disengaged from educationWork closely with a supportive, multi-disciplinary team focused on student progress and wellbeingContribute to a structured and nurturing learning environment The Ideal Candidate: QTS/QTLS or strong unqualified experience within PRU, AP, or similar settingsConfident managing challenging behaviour with a calm, consistent approachAble to differentiate learning and think creatively to engage learnersResilient, patient, and committed to supporting vulnerable young peopleStrong communication and relationship-building skills Why This Role? ..... full job details .....
