English Teacher - Alternative Provision Southampton September Start Full-Time Paid to Scale Are you an English Teacher with QTS looking for a role where your teaching can have a real impact? We are working with a welcoming Alternative Provision in Southampton that is seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join their team from September. The role offers the opportunity to work with students aged 11+ who may have struggled in mainstream education and benefit from a more individualised approach. You''ll be delivering English across a range of abilities, helping students improve their literacy while also building confidence, motivation and engagement with learning. The school offers small groups, high staff ratios and a personalised curriculum designed around each student''s needs and future aspirations.
