We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Functional Skills Tutor to join a dynamic team of education professionals and inspire the next generation of military apprentices.

Role Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching of Level 2 Functional Skills English to military apprentices.
* Plan, prepare and assess learning activities to support student progression and achievement.
* Create a motivating and supportive learning environment that inspires apprentices to reach their goals.
* Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback to guide development.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and overall learning experience.
* Develop tailored resources to meet the diverse needs of learners.

Essential Requirements

* A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS, DTLLS, or equivalent).
* Experience delivering Functional Skills English (preferably at Level 1 and Level 2).
* Passion for teaching and supporting young adults, ideally within a military or apprenticeship setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
