Working closely with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, and wider leadership team, you will champion high standards, innovative practice, and outstanding outcomes for students. In this key role, you will lead curriculum development, mentor and support colleagues, and model exemplary teaching, helping to create a learning environment where students are engaged, challenged, and inspired by English.
