About the role You will develop PRHA residents'' English language and literacy skills supporting them through individually-tailored 121 sessions /group sessions so as to improve their skills and confidence in written and/or spoken English. The role will involve you using your abilities to Promote the service to hostel and supported housing residents Assess needs and put together a bespoke, personalised training programme To support residents through that programme Collect data and other relevant information that demonstrates the impact of the programme Ensure buy-in from hostel staff and managers so they can support you in your work Liaise with external literacy and educational establishments as necessary to help further development in improvement of English literacy/language Who we are ..... full job details .....
