As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers, supporting students both in the classroom and through small-group and one-to-one interventions. Your role will help pupils develop their understanding of English while encouraging engagement, confidence and a love of learning. Key Responsibilities Support students during English lessons through one-to-one and small-group interventions. Assist teachers with lesson delivery and effective classroom management. Help students understand key English concepts and complete classwork. Provide additional support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and other learning needs.
