This role is suited to an enthusiastic tutor who can help pupils strengthen their core academic skills, close learning gaps and regain confidence in education. The Role: Deliver personalised tuition in English and Maths. Support learners in developing literacy, numeracy and problem-solving skills. Plan engaging sessions based on individual ability and learning objectives. Identify gaps in foundational knowledge and reinforce key concepts. Support pupils who may be disengaged or have experienced disrupted education. Review progress regularly and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
