Job Details: English and Maths Tutor

• Role: English and Maths Tutor (Neurodiverse Support)

• Start Date: Thursday (specific dates provided on enquiry)

• Hours: 2 hours per Thursday (9-11 one week, 10-12 the next)

• Location: Local placement in Greater Manchester

• Pay: -150 to -220 per day dependant on experience (pro-rata for hours worked)

• Contract: Short-term, part-time

About the Role:
We are seeking an English and Maths Tutor to provide tailored support for a young neurodiverse student who is very particular and finds social interaction challenging. The role involves delivering engaging and structured English and Maths sessions using resources we provide, ensuring the student feels comfortable and supported throughout.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience supporting young people with social and communication needs

• Ability to adapt your approach to meet individual learning styles and emotional needs

• Confident teaching English and Maths at a secondary level

• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
