As part of our exclusive talent pool, you will have the opportunity to work within secondary school settings on a flexible basis, covering both short-term and long-term vacancies.Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective English or Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum.Plan, prepare, and adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners.Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.Support students in developing their subject knowledge, skills, and confidence.Work collaboratively with school staff to support pupil achievement and development.Maintain high standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare.Follow school policies and procedures at all times.
