This is an in-person tutoring opportunity and is not an online role. The role involves providing personalised support across English and Maths to learners who may benefit from additional help with their learning, confidence and engagement. You will be expected to build positive relationships with learners and adapt your teaching approach to meet their individual abilities, needs and educational goals. The successful tutor will be able to deliver engaging and accessible lessons while providing a patient, flexible and encouraging approach to learning. Experience working with learners with SEND and/or SEMH needs would be particularly beneficial.
