The successful candidate will help pupils improve their core academic skills, address gaps in learning and rebuild confidence through engaging, personalised sessions. The Role: Deliver individualised tuition in English and Mathematics. Strengthen literacy, numeracy, comprehension and problem-solving skills. Plan lessons around each learners needs, abilities and targets. Identify areas requiring additional support and provide targeted intervention. Engage learners who may have experienced disrupted education. Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies where necessary. Experience, Training and Qualifications: QTS, PGCE or an equivalent relevant teaching qualification is desirable. Good subject knowledge in English and Mathematics.
