This role is ideal for an adaptable educator who can work across the core subjects and tailor tuition to help a learner overcome gaps in their education. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging 1:1 English and Maths tuition Assess learner strengths and areas for development Plan structured sessions around individual needs Support literacy, numeracy and wider study skills Adapt teaching methods and resources Build learner confidence and motivation Monitor progress throughout the placement Requirements Strong knowledge of English and Maths Previous experience teaching or tutoring young people Experience delivering 1:1 tuition desirable Ability to build positive relationships with learners Flexible and creative approach to teaching SEND experience would be advantageous Relevant teaching qualification or tutoring experience desirable Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one Right to Work in the UK ...
