You''ll help students strengthen their literacy, develop practical English skills and work towards meaningful educational qualifications through engaging, personalised tuition. Responsibilities: Deliver tailored English and Functional Skills sessions. Support reading, writing, spelling, grammar and comprehension. Plan lessons around individual abilities and learning targets. Encourage learner independence, confidence and engagement. Adapt resources and approaches to meet additional learning needs. Monitor progress and support learners in achieving their goals. Experience, Training and Qualifications: QTS or equivalent teaching qualification. Strong English and literacy subject knowledge.
