Reporting to the VP Engineering, the Engineering Transformation Manager will play a key role in shaping and delivering the Engineering transformation agenda. Working closely with Engineering leaders and teams, the role drives initiatives that improve organisational effectiveness, delivery performance, and long-term capability. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, the role will translate priorities into action, ensuring change is implemented and embedded for lasting impact.
