This will be PAYE/Umbrella.Start Date: ASAP, will wait for up to 4 week noticeOur client, a leading organisation in the engineering sector, is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Technical Trainer (Assessor) to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about imparting knowledge and fostering skill development in the next generation of engineers.Key Responsibilities:As a Technical Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in:Delivering, assessing, and internally verifying engineering courses up to Level 2 in-house.Assessing and internally verifying Level 3 competencies in alignment with apprenticeship standards.Coordinating, tracking, and ensuring the timely completion of all elements of the apprenticeship standard, while mentoring apprentices in the development of their essential knowledge, skills, and behaviours.Developing and maintaining comprehensive engineering course materials, including lesson plans and schemes of work.Utilising OneFile for effective record-keeping, ensuring all relevant evidence of learning is documented accurately for each learner.Reviewing course content and delivery methods to anticipate future needs, while updating working methods, techniques, and personal professional development.Candidate Requirements:Our client is looking for ..... full job details .....
