Engineering Technician

Xpert Recruitment is recruiting for an Engineering Technician on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in Stone. This is a fantastic opportunity for a multi-skilled, mechanically biased engineer to join a fast-paced production environment, supporting both machinery and site maintenance. Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm rotating Key Responsibilities:Carry out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenanceDiagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faultsMinimise downtime and support production efficiencyPerform routine plant and facility checksRespond quickly to breakdownsAssist with new installations and upgradesMaintain accurate maintenance recordsEnsure compliance with Health and Safety regulations Requirements:Experience in a manufacturing or production environmentMechanically biased, multi-skilled engineerStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsMust have the ability to read electrical drawings (City and Guilds or apprenticeship (preferred)Flexible and reliable with a proactive attitude Skills:Strong attention to detailGood communication and teamworkComputer literateHands-on, practical approachAble to work at height when required Apply now or contact Xpert Recruitment for more information.
