The role supports both reactive and planned maintenance tasks, ensuring equipment is maintained safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Enva procedures and statutory requirements. Successful candidates will be required to attend other sites within Leicester. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance Activities – Shredders, Conveyors & Rotating Plant Carry out mechanical and electrical maintenance on shredders, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, bearings, and rotating equipment. Complete routine inspections, lubrication, belt tracking, chain adjustment, and component replacement. Support breakdown response and fault finding on process plant Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Undertake PPM tasks in line with the site maintenance schedule.
