Engineering Technician

We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Technician to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual with experience in production or engineering environments. This role is temporary ongoing, minimum time is 4-6 months. Its an excellent opportunity. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery within a production setting, ensuring materials are processed efficiently and to quality standards.Key responsibilities include:Operating and setting up production machinery and equipmentMonitoring product quality and identifying material defectsPerforming basic maintenance and cleaning tasksLoading and unloading materials using appropriate handling equipmentRecording production data using internal systemsWorking closely with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operationsShift Pattern and Hours2-week rotating shift pattern: 2 weeks on days, followed by 2 weeks on nights4-day working week (Monday to Thursday)What We''re Looking For:Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environmentAbility to operate machinery and carry out basic adjustmentsGood attention to detail and ability to identify faults or defectsComfortable working in a physically demanding environment (lifting, standing for long periods)Strong awareness of health and safety practicesFLT licence (desirable but not essential)IF you match the above, get in touch today for a confidential chat Adecco acts as an ..... full job details .....
