We’re looking for a highly experienced Technical Manager to oversee the technical quality and compliance of our fire and security projects. You’ll review and approve designs, ensure installations meet the highest standards, and act as a trusted technical partner for clients and consultants. This role is central to the success of our projects and reputation.What You’ll Do

Oversee the technical delivery of fire and security installations and commissioningReview and sign off BIM/CAD models, designs, and documentationCarry out site inspections and quality checks against UK regulations and standardsProvide expert technical advice to clients, consultants, and project teamsSupport bids and tenders with technical knowledgeLead improvements in engineering processes and complianceWhat We Need

10+ years’ experience in fire, security, or construction industriesStrong technical authority in fire and security systemsProven experience with BIM, CAD, and project oversightDeep knowledge of UK regulations (CDM 2015, HSW Act, BS5839, BS7671)Excellent client-facing and communication skillsFull UK driving licence and ability to obtain SC clearanceNice to Have

Chartered Engineer status or working towards itNEBOSH or IOSH certificationBIM Level 2+ or project management qualifications (PRINCE2, Agile)Experience with manufacturing or product engineering processesWhat We Offer
